If adding gourmet vegetable dishes to your eating regimen is on the menu, this hands-on cooking class from Chef Javier is a must. He'll share his secrets for turning greens from the garden into dinner table gold!

Your lesson begins with a refreshing heirloom tomato carpaccio with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and sourdough on the side. Next up, cook fiery poblano peppers stuffed with savory rice, pickled red onions and the crunch of peanut brittle. For dessert, craft a coconut flan topped with edible flowers to experience how delicious vegetarian sweets can be.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Here is my review: Chef Javier is a well seasoned chef with tons of culinary experience. He can cook an array of cuisines and really enjoys the art of teaching. He enjoys the connection that food brings amongst others and wants to share that. Totally recommend!
