You’ll begin by preparing a savory pesto and grilled tomato crostini with tangy goat cheese before graduating to hearty shrimp scampi fettuccine made with hand-crafted pasta, tossed in a garlic butter emulsion. And dessert is pistachio and almond filled flan topped with edible glass crisp.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Rishika had the perfect menu for us! She was kind, friendly and highly knowledgeable. Her space was very clean and welcoming. It was like cooking for a long time friend! Highly recommend.

A great evening of learning and eating! Rishika did a great job of teaching us through hands on experience. We successfully made homemade pasta and learned how to present dishes well. A little sad the recipes changed since booking but overall a great experience.
