Join Chef John on an incredibly flavorful journey across the world in this hands-on class.

Chef John will teach you how to prepare a four-course menu featuring a multitude of flavor profiles, cooking techniques and ingredients hailing from four different corners of the world.

Some of the flavors and dishes you can look forward to discovering in this class include melt-in-your-mouth chili-braised beef with chipotle crema, pork filet with Bombay-spiced potatoes, tender and flakey cod poached in a Malaysian laksa sauce, and pineapple roasted to perfection and served with bubble tea ice cream.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.
