With a focus on construction and presentation, Chef Rishika’s American bistro menu includes torched burrata and a mind-blowing burger with all the trimmings. For dessert, create maple crème brûlée that conjures all the delight of a favorite American comfort dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Rishika has some great culinary knowledge to share and does so in a warm and inviting way. Her demonstrations and teaching will walk you through understanding not only the how but also the why. You will learn about the ingredients and why they are prepared and mixed in a particular order. Chef Rishiki will also tell you where the ingredients are available locally so that you too will be in the know!

This class was excellent and I would highly recommend it! Chef Rishika gave really clear directions and took the time to see how we were doing at each step. The food was amazing (I am particularly thrilled to now be able to make my own naan). I learned a lot. Thank you!
