In this hands-on cooking class, you will create a stunning three-course brunch menu using an array of plant-focused ingredients that are free of gluten and discover easy-to-master cooking techniques.

Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class with Chef Fernanda include a creamy açaí bowl with berries and peanut butter, smoked carrot lox with a gluten-free bagel and cashew cream cheese, a flavor-packed tofu and Soyrizo breakfast taco, and cashew cream queso.

Chef Fernanda has shared her healthy culinary secrets on television, and has developed recipes over the years that resulted in two cookbooks.

Chef Fernanda, AKA La Health Mexicana, is FANTASTIC. She's not only a great chef and a great teacher, but she also has the ability to make a group of strangers feel like a group of friends. I booked her in January of 2020 for a birthday. Two of the total six of us had never met before, but the environment Chef Fernanda created was so fun and welcoming that we had so much fun spending the evening all together. I learned a lot with Chef Fernanda about vegan baking and thoroughly enjoyed eating at the end of the night what we all made together. I highly recommend her to carnivores (which I am) and vegans alike. You will enjoy your experience with Chef Fernanda! She's great.
