We had an amazing night with Inigo! He shared stories about his home town in Mexico and made dishes that his grandmother taught him. We did our session in their prep kitchen and they only recommendation that I have is to have more chairs. Our family had a lovely evening cooking, learning, eating and sharing stories!

We flew in the night of the class and almost skipped it cause we were tired from traveling, boy are we glad we didn't. Each dish was a work of art, and the intimate setting made it feel like a private dining experience. Ron's friendly teaching style and the fantastic atmosphere created the perfect recipe for a memorable night.
