Chef Enza

Enza en Antonio zijn echt schatten van mensen. We hebben vanaf het moment dat we door de poort mochten rijden, totdat deze weer achter ons sloot genoten van deze bijzonder "cooking class". Je voelt je ontzettend welkom en leert zelf verse pasta maken, nadat je eerst van een fantastische borrelplank onder het genot van een Aperol Spritz kennis maakt met de andere deelnemers van deze avond. Wij waren vergezeld met mensen uit de USA en Polen. Mooie avond. Enza en Antiono dankjewel voor deze fantastische ervaring. Een om nooit meer te vergeten en om in te lijsten.

I can’t say enough about how much all 8 of us enjoyed this experience. It was so much more than we even expected. Being a 30 min drive outside of Lecce and sharing the space with 4 other complete strangers gave us reason to be unsure if we picked the right experience. But, after meeting this amazing husband and wife team and experiencing their warm hospitality and easy conversation in their private home, we quickly realized that this was a night to remember. It really added to our Puglia experience and our Italian vacation. Take the chance on them. Make the drive. You will NOT be disappointed. 5 stars all around!

Une super expérience pour apprendre à faire ses pâtes à l'italienne ! Une soirée vraiment géniale ! Nous avons été reçus par Enza et son mari comme des rois. C'était convivial, généreux et nous avons partagé un super moment avec les autres personnes présentes pour apprendre à faire les orrechiette et les maccheroni ! L'apéritif servi était incroyable et le couple nous a préparé plein de petites attentions et surprises tout au long de la soirée... Bref un super moment et j'ai maintenant hâte de refaire les recettes à la maison pour mes proches !

Enza and Antonio were wonderful. I felt like we were with family the moment we met them!! The cooking class was amazing, the food and wine was exceptional! We made orecchiette and macaroni. It was so much fun. Can’t wait to go back to Puglia to take this class again.

So happy we signed up for Chef Enza’s cooking class. With her generous hospitality, Chef Enza ingratiated what turned out to be a very diverse international group who signed up for the class. Her husband and daughter were both delightful; it was definitely a family affair! Our evening began with Spritzes and a beautiful display of homemade appetizers as we dined by the pool. We then began learning how to make our pastas. Chef Enza not only shared her knowledge and all of her tips on how to make 2 different pastas; she shared her recipes as well. The evening was well planned and Chef Enza could not have been be more wonderful. Learning to make the pasta was definitely a highlight. It was so much fun. Our evening culminated with a fabulous dinner using our homemade pasta shapes! As a souvenir and a memory, Chef Enza’s husband sent us photos and a video of our class . Meeting everyone from other countries was a bonus! Thank you to our hosts!

Chef Enza and Antonio were the most gracious hosts! We were warmly invited to her home in a most beautiful private surrounding. We enjoyed a lovely charcuterie outside by their pool with a refreshing Aperol Spritz. Making orrecchiette pasta was so much fun and Chef Enza could not have been more helpful and instructional. We enjoyed all the efforts of our pasta making with delicious sauces to accompany them and no shortage of wine. Her homemade tart was incredible as well. We were surprised to see that host Antonio had put together a short video of our entire evening showcasing all the memories and shared it with us. We highly recommend this memorable experience!!

By far the best experience we‘ve had and definitely the highlight of our vacation! Would recommend this to anyone travelling in Puglia. Chef Enza and Antonio welcomed us with open and warm arms into their home and it felt like having a nice evening with family. They made us feel so comfortable and we shared so many laughs with them. They also had a surprise for us at the end of the evening which touched us and made us really emotional. We will ne ever forget this evening and this was worth every penny and much more to us :)

Chef Enza and Antonio were the most welcoming, friendly, and kind hosts during our amazing cooking class together!! They welcomed us with open arms into their beautifully decorated home! We felt as though we have known them for years and the whole evening was an authentic and very memorable dinner, spent amongst new friends! We shared many laughs together and were sad to leave once the evening was over! We learned how to make homemade pasta and were given recipes and great tips!! We have done many cooking classes over the years but this cooking class was the most memorable by far! The hospitality was unmatched and we know that we have made friendships that will last a lifetime! If you come to Puglia, this cooking class is non-negotiable!!!
