Begin by crafting handmade pasta you'll pair with a simple mushroom sauce. You’ll also learn alternative sauces for additional flavor. Next, prepare a tender veal steak covered with crispy bread crumbs and sided by a fresh artichoke salad with Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. End the class by handcrafting a traditional Italian pastry filled with creamy custard and black cherry.
