Chef Trina brings you into her home, treats you like family, and gives you a taste of the real Taormina. I came to Italy to experience the people, the culture, and the food - all of which I got to see here. I would highly recommend for solo travelers as I made some friends too. Extra points for her puppies who are well behaved and very cute!

You just have to do this if you’re in Sicily! We had an amazing time with Chef Trina, Cria and Connolo. Food was excellent, it was great fun, the view was epic, and the company was fantastic. The highlight of our trip!

My mom and I recently had the pleasure of attending Chef Trina's cooking class at her stunning mountain top villa, and I can confidently say it was one of the most delightful experiences of my life! From the moment we arrived we were greeted not only by Chef Trina’s warm and welcoming spirit but also by her sweet pups. Once we arrived it became clear that this experience was 100% worth the higher price tag. The meal we created together was nothing short of spectacular—each dish a testament to Trina’s expertise and flair. The flavors were clean and authentic, leaving us all in awe of our culinary creations. Note: the class was indeed 4.5 hours which sounds long. But truly time flew by, we were never sitting around getting antsy. We took a short walk as a group while our appetizer baked, to on top/behind her home where we got a 360° view of the ocean, Taormina and the mountains behind, breathtaking views to say the least.

Chef Trina is an exceptional, experienced, and knowledgeable chef. Her venue provides the perfect setting for a truly one-of-a-kind experience, with breathtaking views that serve as a stunning backdrop to an authentic Italian culinary journey.
