Chef Carlos is an exceptional professional. He conducted a masterclass on Spanish rice dishes for my company and adapted perfectly to using our products. He not only created delicious recipes, but truly elevated our ingredients to another level, showing their full potential. The training was delivered for a Filipino Executive Chef, and Carlos managed to connect and inspire through his knowledge and passion for Spanish cuisine, she managed to learn the master's techniques and now is an inspiration in the city of Manila. Working with him is always a success â€” a true guarantee of talent and professionalism.
