Led by Chef Carlos, a local expert with a deep love for regional flavors, youâ€™ll discover earthy rice rooted in Spanish tradition with two of Spainâ€™s most iconic rice dishes.

You'll begin by preparing authentic black rice simmered in rich seafood broth, infused with squid ink, tomatoes, garlic and sweet Ã‘ora peppers for a dash of coastal flavor. Then, you'll prepare a hearty country paella with hearty chicken broth, country sausage and smoky morcilla, reminiscent of Spainâ€™s rustic villages.
