Wonderful experience! Our chef and the translator taught us the ins and outs for tiramisu, canoli and gelato. They were very friendly and welcoming and we learned a lot that we're excited to try in our kitchen at home. A few days after the class they send the recipes you worked on so you can begin practicing at home. Highly recommend as the desserts came out super well!

We attended several cooking classes while in Italy. This was our favorite. This class is very hands-on! I left with the confidence that I could make these pastries here at home. The chef and his staff are warm and welcoming. Excellent communication with questions prior to class. I highly recommend this experience.

Let me first say, this is not what I was expecting. I wasn't expecting to have this much of an amazing time. From the moment we walked in we felt a warmth of family. We were greeted with smiles even though we were late because of taxis but it did not matter. They were so inviting. Chef was excellent. My kids really enjoyed it and so did my wife. And the desserts, oh my, they were OUTSTANDING!!!! This was one of the better excursions we have taken and I would do it again. If you get the chance to do it, I would recommend it. Thank you for the great experience.

Our party of three adults had an awesome time making and then eating cannoli and tiramisu and were treated at the end with the gelato we watched being made by our very attentive and knowledgeable chefs. It was both a fun and educational morning learning about some of our favorite desserts. We couldn't believe that we found a class making exactly what we wanted and we will definitely be making these recipes at home.
We chose to arrive by taxi to class at the "bakery lab" which is in Rome but outside of the "Roman center"; it was a quick trip; and at our request, our greeters called a taxi for our return which arrived in just a couple of minutes.
We highly recommend!! This class was definitely a trip highlight for all of us.

Booked for us to enjoy as a couple, greeted with a friendly warm welcome and cooling glass of Prosecco.
The well served Battistini A line metro station is a 10-minute walk even though the team offered to collect.
The joy of the experience is the people and their delight in engaging and showing you how to make traditional Italian desserts.
The chef and perfect translation were wonderful and the quality ingredients made a fantastic experience.
Thank you.

Exceeded expectations!! Our kids (aged 10 and 13) both said this was the highlight of their time in Rome. Our hospitable translator, Giulia and our very talented Chef were both incredibly welcoming, kind, patient and knowledgeable. Best desserts we ate in Rome...we could not have chosen a better way to spend part of our vacation as a family. We left with such precious memories and full hearts (and tummies!). Thank you for the very special experience!!
