Absolutely a must in your visit to Florence. We made 6 different egg based pastas. Three fillied pastas, pappardelle, linguine and spaghetti. Three great sauces that were all very different. Delicious in their own way. 1) Sage, garlic and browned butter, 2) Lime and Dill, 3) Tuscan Ragu. Simone taught us the details of making great pasta dishes. Loved it!

This class was hands down a highlight of our trip to Florence. Our professional chef instructor was patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and an all around great teacher and human being. We made multiple types of homemade pasta and he always had time to work with each and every student in our class. I would highly recommend any class taught by Pasta class Florence!
