The secret to great Italian cooking is using the freshest ingredients and simple, time-honored techniques like the ones Chef Camila will teach you in this interactive cooking class.

Begin with a hearty mushroom bruschetta followed by a lesson in preparing fresh fettuccine with a simple tomato basil sauce. You will also learn how to make herbed, roasted meatballs with a creamy sauce, to which you can add classic Grana Padano or Gorgonzola for a unique flavor. Finish the meal with a silky panna cotta and fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
