I messaged Chef Carlos to try and sort out a birthday cooking event with a group of my friends, where he showed us how to cook some seafood starter dishes and then let us sit back and enjoy while he cooked us a Playa and Mar Paella (which was INCREDIBLE). From the food to the experience, to the wine he brought with him, everything was perfect! I will be back in a few months and my first stop will absolutely be Chef Carlos!

Chef Carlos is the best. I went to Barcelona for the weekend in July and wanted to have a dinner party with my local friends, so I contacted Chef Carlos to create a big and delicious feast and he certainly knew what he was doing! They all agreed his paella was truly a delicacy and I couldn't be happier! It exceeded our expectations! He was very nice and the vibe was great. Thank you, Chef Carlos, for everything ! We hope to see you again soon and try those croquettes you told us about! ;)

Chef Carlo’s food and experience was truly the gem of our trip in Barcelona. The atmosphere was lovely and the food was 10/10! I would recommend Chef Carlo’s kitchen to everyone. Hopefully we can repeat next summer!

I had some friends who were coming to Barcelona for a few days and I wanted to arrange a fun experience for them. I contacted Chef Carlos since he had been recommended to me before and I only have good things to say!!! He cooked us an amazing vegetarian paella and some home-made Spanish starters, it all tasted amazing and my friends loved the opportunity to try real Spanish food cooked with love and taking care of every detail. I cannot recommend Chef Carlos and his food enough!!
