What You’ll Do

Learn traditional techniques for preparing popular dishes from Asian cuisines with Chef Annette.

In this hands-on cooking class, learn how to work with regional ingredients while practicing traditional methods commonly utilized across Asian cuisines. Chef Annette will guide you as you craft rice paper rolls, use a bamboo steamer and make homemade bao dough.

Begin by wrapping fragrant herbs and shrimp into rice paper rolls with savory peanut dipping sauce. Next, use your fresh bao dough to handcraft fluffy steamed buns filled with spicy eggplant.
