The chef will guide you as you prepare two regional styles of pasta from southern Italy. Capunti from Puglia features a rustic, pea-pod shape ideal for catching sauce while pici is a thin, rolled pasta from Florence. You’ll practice classic techniques from mixing the dough to mastering each pasta shape, then prepare traditional sauces and seasonings to elevate each dish. For a sweet ending to the lesson, Chef Avi shares tips for creating a signature tiramisu from scratch.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
