In this interactive cooking class, Chef Japvir invites guests to experience the cuisines of the Tamil Nadu and Kerala states of Southern India highlighting spices and ingredients signature to these regions. Light and delicate aromas pair with bold flavors in a vibrant menu featuring fresh seafood and traditional recipes.

Begin by making a crisp and spicy fried shrimp varuval, followed by a hearty one-pot biryani with seasoned rice and kingfish accompanied by a refreshing cucumber yogurt pachandi. For dessert, enjoy semoya payasam, a warm vermicelli pudding flavored with cardamom.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
