In this cooking class, join Chef Hasan as he teaches you to create a hearty spread inspired by traditional Arabic cooking. Practice culinary techniques, including knife skills, frying and balancing sweet and savory flavors.

Begin with a bright tabbouleh salad and hummus, followed by a colorful eggplant dish with vegetables, herbs and pomegranate. Next, shape and fry kibbeh, a meat and bulgur dish popular in the Middle East. Then, learn techniques for filling and wrapping grape leaves with a savory rice filling. For dessert, prepare hetalia, a custard made with vanilla and rosewater.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
