Bring a sense of wellness to your home kitchen without sacrificing flavor in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Tarek. You'll explore the best of Mediterranean cuisine by combining wholesome ingredients into a meal you can feel good about.

Begin by preparing a roasted pumpkin salad with goat cheese and Italian dressing. Then, create marinated chicken breast with tahini and yogurt, and a grilled sandwich with halloumi cheese, olives and tomatoes. End your culinary adventure with a healthy chia pudding sweetened with coconut milk and maple syrup.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Tarek was phenomenal. Amazing dishes with his own creations. Great energy and pleasant to be around him making for a wonderful atmosphere during this event. I would highly recommend him.
