In this immersive cooking class, you can travel to the Italian countryside without leaving your kitchen. Chef John's extensive experience with Italian cuisine will transfer seamlessly into your own hands as he teaches you the skills and techniques necessary to create the traditional Italian flavors you love and know.

Begin class by crafting a refreshing eggplant tomato bruschetta, then make a classic Italian-style salad with a variety of vegetable toppings tossed in a homemade dressing. Next, create the best Italian meatballs with veal and beef blend in tomato sauce. Finally, end the lesson with a dreamy tiramisu.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
