Chef Ian will prepare an unforgettable meal, drawing inspiration from the most iconic dishes in the region. Begin with a selection of savory hors d'oeuvres, such as freshly caught grilled seabream fish or a poke bowl with zesty ponzu sauce. Then, choose your second course, including miso cured cod loin or a sweet and crispy beef dish. End your meal with a mouthwatering pistachio syrup cake topped with ice cream and meringue.

Just wonderful! Ian took all the stress out of the day. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We are thinking of having our first wedding anniversary here and asking Ian to come back. Ian and Sam were so attentive to our guests - I’m so please Ian was our chef for our special day.
