Enjoy a traditional Italian dinner party, complete with four mouth-watering courses to expand your culinary horizons. This private chef experience begins with golden-brown fried goat cheese atop peppery rocket that's garnished with truffle oil. Next is hand-rolled gnocchi, fluffy yet dense, in a four cheese sauce, and slow-cooked duck leg confit with red wine jus and vegetable medley. For dessert, enjoy a decadent melba mess.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

The class truly unraveled the secrets of crafting Tagliatelle from scratch and pairing it with a Mushroom Brandy Sauce, all elegantly presented within a Parmesan basket.
