Explore the techniques, ingredients and secrets that make Thai cuisine one of the most beloved.

During this hands-on cooking class, Chef Tim will introduce you to Thailand’s gastronomy. You’ll explore different flavor combinations and learn how to prepare five recipes from scratch.

Start by wrapping rice paper spring rolls and mixing a tasty Thai peanut dipping sauce. Then, you’ll prepare Thai panang curry with chicken, beef or prawn, create traditional potato flatbread, and prepare a refreshing cucumber salad with peanuts and rice vinegar. And for dessert, you’ll whip up sesame ginger rice balls with a decadent ginger syrup.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My friends & I thoroughly enjoyed the Thai cooking class with Chef Tim. He has a deep level of culinary expertise and has truly proved to be an award winning Chef. Chef Tim was patient, informative and made the whole cooking experience enjoyable & memorable. He encouraged us to practice what we learnt. Which we will!! I particularly enjoyed being taught how to make Rice Paper Spring Rolls and with Chef Tim’s expertise & guidance I was impressed with the end result. The food was, “A flavour explosion!” I would highly recommend this class and it most definitely is value for money. Thank you Chef Tim, you’re an outstanding Chef.
