What You’ll Do

Learn how to make four Europe-inspired pub dishes completely from scratch.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Christian, you will get the chance to create four unique, flavorful dishes. With Chef Christian's culinary expertise, you'll find that creating innovative dishes with simple ingredients is both fun and not too difficult.

Begin with Scotch eggs featuring savory sausage meat and sweet, tart apple chutney. Then, learn to make a traditional Welsh rarebit, which is a deliciously cheesy dish made with crusty sourdough bread. You'll fall in love with crispy, fatty pork cracklings and sticky toffee pudding.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
