Explore professional techniques and flavor combinations during this Japanese cuisine master class.

In this hands-on cooking experience, Chef Rowyn will introduce you to Japanese gastronomy where you’ll learn how to make the classic sushi roll and other stunning dishes.

Start by creating a salad of fresh cucumber and spicy kimchi. Then, learn how to expertly slice salmon for sashimi on radish slices, prepare a spicy tuna futomaki roll with raw tuna, spring onions and spicy shichimi, and perfect a California dragon roll made with salmon, crab sticks and avocado. For dessert, explore the flavors of a matcha-infused Swiss roll.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
