Cooking Class - Vegan Cooking With Kids

What You’ll Do

Learn the secrets to delicious vegan and gluten-free cooking, and nurture your family from the inside out.

In this hands-on class, Chef Fernanda invites you to bring your kids and learn with them how to add a healthy touch to the most ubiquitous childhood favorites and kid-approved meals.

As you learn how to incorporate new foods into your weekly meal routine, you will discover that plant-based cooking is not a trend, but a way of living. All recipes are free of gluten, artificial flavors, refined sugar and animal products. Please bring a notebook, apron and take-home containers for baked goods.

A minimum of one adult is required to be in attendance per group. Adults are required to purchase tickets in addition to kids. This class is recommended for ages 8 and older.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
