Always at home in the kitchen, Chef Davide began his career at age 16. In search of firsthand experience in global cuisines, the blossoming Chef Davide moved to Europe and found himself at the culinary academy in Italy where he graduated with honors. Driven by a passion for teaching others, Chef Davide and his team now invite guests to express themselves and have fun in the kitchen while exploring traditional Italian cuisine in Rome.
