Next is a specialty from Palermo, pasta with arriminati broccoli. Work with ingredients like fresh broccoli or cauliflower, pine nuts and sultanas or small golden raisins. For dessert, prepare light and crispy Regina biscuits, a Sicilian sesame seed cookie, using flour, sesame seeds and milk.
