Led by Chef Maria-Pia, a local gourmet chef with extensive culinary knowledge, you’ll discover tips and advice for preparing authentic recipes using traditional techniques and fresh ingredients.

Begin your experience by learning how to prepare fresh pasta for pasta alla Norma, a traditional Sicilian dish prepared with eggplant, grated ricotta cheese and basil. You’ll also discover the process of making meatballs with tomato sauce and Caciocavallo cheese, a distinctive stretchy cheese from Southern Italy. Dessert is a creamy biancomangiare, a Sicilian pudding made from almond milk, maize starch and pistachio cream.
