My partner and I took a cooking class with Chef Vincenzo, where we learned how to make fettuccine, ravioli, and tiramisu from scratch. What made this experience special was Chef Vincenzo's storytelling about the history behind each dish and his useful tips for recreating them at home. His enthusiasm and love for cooking made learning fun and easy. It felt like we were truly part of the local scene in Rome, thanks to his warm, welcoming style.
