Guided by the chef, you’ll learn time-honored techniques for preparing signature Italian dishes from start to finish. Begin with a Roman favorite, saltimbocca alla Romana, featuring veal topped with prosciutto and sage. Next, learn to make tagliatelle from scratch served with homemade Bolognese. Finally, you’ll bake a chocolate-infused torta della suocera, also known as mother-in-law cake. Along with dessert, enjoy a taste of Venetian culture with a live acoustic guitar performance by the chef.

Chef Francesco's experience was truly unique. He lives in a beautiful part of Venice and made our visit to this amazing city that much more special. He is incredibly passionate, a lot of fun, patient and kind. We had a great time cooking some truly authentic Italian dishes with him!
