In this hand-on cooking class, Chef Alessio will guide you through making a four-course traditional Tuscan dinner with a focus on fresh, vegetarian ingredients. You'll also learn time-honored Italian cooking techniques to use along the way.
To start, use homemade bread as the star of pappa al pomodoro, a thick Tuscan soup made with tomatoes and basil. Then, Chef Alessio will teach you how to handcraft gnocchi, and cook eggplant parmigiana with tomatoes and basil. End by layering traditional Italian tiramisu with mascarpone, ladyfingers and fresh coffee.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After graduating from the Assisi Hotel School, he quickly moved into the sous chef and head chef positions in five-star hotels and exclusive Michelin-star restaurants. Chef Alessio's passion for food and creating simple, elegant meals led him to open his own business, where he strives to delight guests with private chef experiences and engaging cooking classes.
