Begin by crafting a cheesy polenta bruschetta topped with speck and regional Taleggio cheese. Next, the chef will show you how to prepare a perfect Milanese cotoletta — a rustic fried veal cutlet with butter and rosemary, accompanied by grilled vegetables. Finish the meal with traditional sweet corn flour cookies.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
