Amazing paella class, worth repeating. This class was so much fun, I would gladly do it again. The instructor is a wealth of knowledge both culinary and cultural. The dishes we made were all fantastic - ESPECIALLY the paella! Iâ€™ve been raving about it to my friends and family ever since and canâ€™t wait to share it with them.

Super fun hands-on cooking class with market tour. Our restaurant owner/chef shared tons of great tips for making the perfect Tortilla EspaÃ±ola and the best Paella. Our family of 3 throughly enjoyed the class, the delicious food we made and the welcoming hospitality of the chef and his team. I highly recommended this experience.

Great Class, Great Food, and a Great View! This was a great class that both my husband and I enjoyed. The class size was perfect, the food was incredible, and we loved getting a tour of La Boqueria. Although not one of the cheaper class options, it was definitely valued correctly and worth the cost. We canâ€™t wait to come home and make everything we learned.

Best paella cooking class - so much fun, food and info! My four girlfriends and me had the absolute best paella cooking class with Claudia! She was very informational about the culinary history of Barcelona and all that we were eating/cooking. The trip to the market was a definite highlight. The food was (obviously) amazing and this was a huge highlight for all of us on this holiday!

Spending several hours with Hori, our chef and teacher, touring the market and learning how to cook seafood paella was an enchanting experience. Horiâ€™s presentation was friendly, informative and at times humorous. He patiently guided us through the tapas, paella, omelette, and crema catalana dessert. Simply a delightful and extraordinary evening!

Great Experience Did this class with my wife and daughter. We all had a great time. Jaime and Alfredo are fantastic hosts/teachers. Jaime does the market tour and Alfredo teaches the cooking class. Overall, a fantastic experience.
