This was our favorite experiences in Barcelona! Beautiful experience, Candido did an amazing job at getting everyone involved and creating a family style environment. It truly felt like we were at home. The food was amazing! Iâ€™m still dreaming about the Spanish omelette and canâ€™t wait to make it when I get home!

We enjoyed the most wonderful and fun cooking class experience with resident chef Juan on our recent trip to Barcelona. It was a great opportunity learn more about the market and local produce before returning to prepare and cook some delicious dishes accompanied with local wine. We cannot wait to try and recreate some at home! Highly recommend.

What a great experience in Barcelona. Steps from the Boqueria market, all ingredients were super fresh. We learned to make different tapas, a delicious paella and a very catalan desert. The wine served while we cooked was so good! It's a hands on class where we met lovely people, laughed and had great food. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend booking the Barcelona cooking class. Juan was so much fun and treated us like family! The kitchen is conveniently located off La Rambla. We started with a tour of the Boqueria market, Juan shared some local tips and we shopped for ingredients we would be cooking with that day. We got to try some jamon from one of the shops. The class was about 10 people and each person had their own prep station. We cooked pan con tomate, gazpacho, tortilla, paella, and crema Catalana paired with some wine. Everything was delicious and the group was a lot of fun!

From the moment I arrived and joined the group to the moment I left the experience was fabulous. Iâ€™ve been cooking for so many years but yet learnt so many new techniques and ideas. The food was amazing â€¦. It was fun whilst drinking the wine and laughs with everybody. I would definitely recommend it to anybody wanting an evening of fun, smiles , education and laughs â€¦ Juan was great fun.

We booked this cooking class last minute with no expectations, as it was our first time trying something like thisâ€”and it turned out to be absolutely incredible! It also happened to be my birthday, which made the experience even more special. From the tapas to the paella, and a never empty glass of cava our evening was perfect. Juan, our instructor, was not only hilarious but also extremely knowledgeable and detailed in teaching us how to prepare a traditional Catalonian meal. If weâ€™re fortunate enough to return in the future, this will undoubtedly be at the top of our must-do list. Juan-in-a-million, highly recommend!

We took a tour of La Boqueria market followed by a traditional cooking workshop. The market is stunning, colorful, and tempting, and the workshop was excellent. We prepared gazpacho, Spanish tortilla, paella, and crema Catalana. Everything was delicious. The atmosphere was great. High-quality ingredients. And Sonia, the instructor, was lovely, professional, and created good vibes between the group members. It was so much fun!

This was the best experience. I had my doubts because I donâ€™t like fish or seafood, but Chef Candido bought me chicken. The cooking experience was great, Chef Candido was a great cook with a great sense of humor, and the finished result was amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone who will be in Barcelona. You wonâ€™t regret it.
