Modern South Asian ingredients will take you on a culinary journey in this private chef experience. Chef Dön will craft four vibrant dishes, starting with prawn crackers topped with chickpeas and onions. Next, enjoy a creamy coconut and potato curry, and steamed string hoppers made from rice flour with caramelized onions. Finish the meal with a string cake sweetened with honey and coconut and brimming with aromatic cloves.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Don was wonderful! He was a brilliant host, did a great job getting our teenage boys involved. He showed us lots of great pasta making techniques and provided practical tips. The food was beautiful, and the night was a lot of fun. Highly recommend Don.
