This interactive cooking class takes a deep dive into the vibrant world of Sri Lankan curries. Chef Prasanna will guide you as you learn about Sri Lankan culture while crafting signature dishes.
Learn to prepare three types of curries including roast chicken chutney curry, potato white curry and eggplant dry curry. The chef will share tips for making perfect rice to pair with your fragrant meals. To finish the fare, you’ll learn to prepare a traditional Sri Lankan spiced coconut custard known as watalappan.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
