Join Chef Prasanna for a vibrant culinary journey across Asian gastronomic scene.

This hands-on cooking class explores the spicy side of Asian culinary landscape. Chef Prasanna will guide you on this venture by showcasing the traditional region's dishes and techniques.

You will practice filling and folding gyoza to pair with homemade chili oil and mix up tempura batter for Singaporean chili crab. You’ll build deep, complex flavors in a classic Massaman curry sauce to serve with Asian-spiced steak. For dessert, you’ll learn to balance sweet and savory flavors while crafting a rich miso chocolate fondant with chili caramel and ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
