Cooking Class - Italian Recipes Vegan Style

What You’ll Do

This cooking class makes preparing vegan dishes less intimidating, easier and a lot more fun.

Vegan dishes are delicious, healthy and simple to prepare with tips from this cooking class. You'll work with a master chef to create an Italian menu of vegan delights using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, fragrant herbs and spices and professional tools. You'll start with a fresh tomato bruschetta made completely from scratch. Then, you'll create a vegan take on a creamy mushroom risotto. Finally, enjoy the delights of a panna cotta made with coconut milk and fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
