Begin by crafting a unique homemade focaccia stuffed with cheese and prosciutto before preparing fresh gnocchi served in a spicy beef ragu. You'll also make a succulent fried filet with silky mashed potatoes and portobellos served in a rich herbed butter sauce. For dessert, bake a tempting tiramisu that rivals the pastry shops of Rome.

Chef Riccardo wad very professional and friendly. He explained his ingredients and methods very well and provided very good quality ingredients. The session was easy enough for both beginners to learn and the more experienced chef to challenge themselves. Would recommend as a date night or as a group activity
