What You’ll Do

Transform fresh, local ingredients into four decadent dishes with Chef Mark.

Learn how to take locally sourced ingredients and infuse them into mouth-watering dishes in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Mark will teach you how to hone these flavors and improve your cooking skills.

To begin, craft smoked salmon with fresh cucumber and caviar and flavored with fresh citrus. Then, create a seared turkey breast cooked with garlic and prosciutto and sprinkled with Parmesan, and a stuffing with cranberry, bacon and pine nuts on the side. An indulgent meringue topped with berries and cream serves as dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
