You'll be able to enjoy an elegant dinner with friends and family with what you learn in this engaging cooking class taught by Chef Mark. You'll learn how to use fresh, local fare to craft an unforgettable meal.

To start, craft a prawn and smoked salmon salad mixed with avocado and mint. The main course will be a chicken roulade filled with asparagus and goat cheese with a side of potatoes fried in duck and bacon. For dessert, an indulgent liquored sponge topped with custard and mango and pineapple jelly.

Chef Mark has prepared meals for royalty, and has won numerous awards for his culinary accomplishments. He is a wonderful instructor and Chef and his meals are magical; you will love learning how to prepare his classic cuisines.
