In this private chef experience with Chef Dougie, you'll indulge in seasonal ingredients enhanced and complimented by sharp bursts of flavour to balance the palate. Begin with heritage tomatoes complemented by wasabi mascarpone, then taste duck breast grilled to perfection and served with a warming cardamom-infused carrot purГ©e. Chef Dougie will also serve tortellini brimming with Hebridean blue cheese, and decadent dark chocolate ganache with orange oil and hazelnuts for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

I had the pleasure of attending a cooking class where I learned to make fresh tortillas and mouthwatering salmon and steak tacos. This culinary experience was nothing short of a delightful adventure into the world of Mexican cuisine, and I can't stop raving about it! Chef Dougie's has great knowledge of Mexican food and his step by step explanation made the class very enjoyable.
