A celebration of flavour is on the menu in this private chef experience from Chef Dougie. He'll share his love of seasonal cuisine in a gourmet spread. Enjoy sea bass ceviche with an avocado whip, and grilled lion's mane mushrooms served with tangy pickled apples. There's also roast lamb with a fiery jalapeГ±o relish, scallops in an umami broth, and a salted caramel tart for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

I had the pleasure of attending a cooking class where I learned to make fresh tortillas and mouthwatering salmon and steak tacos. This culinary experience was nothing short of a delightful adventure into the world of Mexican cuisine, and I can't stop raving about it! Chef Dougie's has great knowledge of Mexican food and his step by step explanation made the class very enjoyable.
