For the main course, you'll enjoy Italian-style steak sprinkled with crispy sea salt and sided by roasted vegetables and garlic-truffle potatoes. End your meal with classic arancini and buffalo mozzarella followed by an unforgettable chocolate fondant.

The Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce Cooking Class was an outstanding culinary experience. The combination of an excellent instructor, a comfortable learning environment, and a delectable end result made it a truly memorable day. Chef Georgi provided great insides on best practice to cook salmon and his technics for Hollandaise souse made it look so easy. Highly recommend his classes.
