Experience a four-course seafood feast comprised of the highest-quality ingredients and fresh ocean catches in this private dining experience from Chef Christian. He will treat you first to a delectable crab salad featuring caper berries, prink grapefruit and watercress, followed by an Indian-inspired tikka Cornish mackerel fillet served alongside toasted sourdough slathered with spiced onion relish. For the main dish, delight in butter-roasted cod and scallops enriched by a creamy truffle sauce before sinking your teeth into sweet gooseberry fool custard for dessert.
