Spent a lovely afternoon with chef Leandros learning how to make beef wellington. We learned a lot from our skilled chef and made an amazing meal that we got to take home! And to top if off, we got to enjoy some of the food we made together afterwards with an amazing view and a glass of wine. All in all, very happy with the experience. Thank you Leandros for the class!

We had a fantastic time learning all about choux and made gorgeous (slightly wonky) éclairs! Leandros (Chef) was knowledgeable, a clear instructor, and we enjoyed watching the choux being made before having our own try. Coupled with an amazing view and a lovely glass of wine, it was a brilliant experience.
