Cooking Class - Homemade Vegan Pasta

Vegans and non-vegans alike will love this interactive plant-powered pasta-making class with Chef Jordan, who will walk you through tips and techniques to create two different types of vegan pasta from scratch.
Begin by building a hearty appetizer of bread topped with tomatoes, basil and olive oil before learning how to create vegan pasta two ways: A green pasta dough infused with spinach and a second regular pasta dough. You'll also prepare two sauces for your pasta — basil pesto and tomato chili — and whip up a vegan tiramisu for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
