Then, create a crispy fried treat filled with wild mushrooms and black garlic cream. End your class by making a creamy panna cotta topped with fresh macerated berries and meringue.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Just wonderful! Ian took all the stress out of the day. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We are thinking of having our first wedding anniversary here and asking Ian to come back. Ian and Sam were so attentive to our guests - I’m so please Ian was our chef for our special day.
